As mentioned before, Linda kept in touch with the sanctuary and she knew that Marvin rejected every caretaker that came after her. She also heard that Marvin grew isolated, jumpy and sometimes even a little bit aggressive towards human interaction. Linda had been away for well over eight years and she wasn’t sure if her connection with him as a cub would last for that long.
