They walked over to the footprint. The large muddy impression was strange and somehow intimidating. James knelt, studying it with an intense gaze. The five toes, the arch, and the heel of the foot were perfectly imprinted in the muddy soil. The sheer detail of the print was chilling, indicating that the individual was barefoot.
