It only took Kevin two years to complete the course, finishing it double as fast as everyone else. Nobody expected the boy to finish so fast, so his parents still thought he was too young to start working at the park full-time immediately. But Lars convinced them to let him take a small assisting job with the show rehearsals. This way, Kevin could continue his learning process and bond with the animals.
