The homeless man didn’t seem to have heard Janine’s question. But before she could repeat it, the man exclaimed and grabbed a phone from underneath the passenger’s seat. Janine was perplexed at first but then turned hopeful. Would he leave now he found what he was looking for? But her hope soon faded.
