Untouched for Decades
The grand foyer, once a bustling hub of laughter and music, was now a ruin. Chandeliers hung crookedly, their crystals coated in dust and grime. The once-red carpet was now a moldy shade of black, and the wooden banisters were warped and splintered. But the most unsettling sight was the plates of half-eaten food still resting on the dining tables.
